Like at other hospitals, I had a first consultation with the manager and then a second consultation with the doctor. They took photos of the angle of my gaze and such on an iPad in several places, and we talked about which kind of surgery would be done. Whenever I asked questions, they were quite firm, saying that would not work and that I had to do it this way, so I was a little torn.
