I went there 3 years ago through an acquaintance's introduction, and when I said I didn't like how broad my nasal bridge was, they said manual osteotomy would cost 3 million won, and osteotomy done as surgery would cost 4 million won. Surgery for only the alae would be 2 million won. When I said my nose was bulbous and I wanted it smaller, they said repeated steroid injections into the tip of the nose would make it smaller.
