The manager felt much more professional than at other places. I talked with the manager for quite a long time. Since it was my first surgery, they explained the whole concept of nose surgery from beginning to end. They could do both donor rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, but they strongly recommended septal cartilage + donor rib cartilage. I liked that they looked at the current condition of my nose in such detail, and the doctor also consulted carefully. I did not end up having surgery because I was concerned about the donor rib cartilage, but the cost was reasonable and it felt fine. I also put down a deposit, and I got 100 percent of it back!!! It seems like a place worth visiting once
