The director was not bad. Because of surgery time, the consultation couldn't be long, so it was pretty short and he rushed off. They don't use ear cartilage at all here. Since autologous costal cartilage is used, they said there's no need to use septal cartilage. He also caught my crooked nasal bridge right away. At other places they said they only use ear cartilage, but here they said they don't use it at all. Maybe because there is sagging?? They said custom implants would be better. If using regular silicone, would they shave down my bone? The tip of the nose is handled entirely with autologous costal cartilage.
