First of all, as soon as I walked in, there were a ton of customers and a lot of employees, but the front desk staff were chatting among themselves and didn't pay any attention to the customers at all. The manager who consulted me only answered my questions and was very passive, so it felt like she wanted to finish the consultation quickly. The most absurd thing was when I asked if I could see before-and-after photos, they said there were no separate photos and told me to check BabiTalk and Gangnam Beauty instead, and I still can't understand that...
