Manager > director > manager. The manager here was really kind, always smiling and talking to me, but there was also a bit of a madam vibe? The manager asked me which hospitals I had looked around, and I said I had visited a lot. Then I got the consultation with the director right away, and they got angry asking why I had surgery before. They seemed really sorry for me. The consultation lasted a little over an hour. I didn't even realize time had passed like that. It felt like chatting with a neighborhood uncle.
