I had incisional double-eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty here in 2018. He was someone who insisted on local anesthesia and incisions rather than general anesthesia. I did it because it was in the neighborhood, but now the line on the left and right is uneven. I don't really know how much the epicanthoplasty changed. I also had eye correction, and that seems to have gone well.
