It is a lifting-specialist hospital, and the problem area can be resolved with a lift. The effect would be the most dramatic and ideal, I think. However, what worries me is that it is a major surgery. They said the sagging in the deep part of both cheeks could be made symmetrical, and that they would open it up, check inside, and reorganize the fat volume. They also said adhesion removal would need to be done together. If I undergo a lift, they said not to do thread lifting, fillers, or liposuction before that, because all of it would have to be removed later anyway
