Because this was a second revision, at other clinics I consulted with they said costal cartilage was absolutely necessary, but this director was the only one who explained that they would restore it using the minimum necessary materials, so I ended up getting it done here. Honestly, it was a bit far from my home and I hesitated, but the simulated result I saw during the consultation had a big influence. When I saw the simulation, after removing the implant it was already a naturally shaped line close to what I had in mind, even without using costal cartilage, and the director was confident that this would work here
