It was my first surgery and I also had a second fat grafting session for engraftment. The hospital was really old and rundown, but the surgery itself went well. There was a lot of scarring. Considering everything, I think I might go to a more famous place next time too, but anyway surgery hurts. I thought it would be easy, but I decided to just live with the way I look. After the second round, it was at least average. Still, I was satisfied that I had tried fat grafting once, and there were no surgical complications or anything like that. My friend had it done at that hospital 10 years ago
