I had surgery 6 years ago. When I had under-eye fat repositioning, I was reckless and said I would do epicanthoplasty too. (I regret not having the epicanthoplasty done at an eye specialist clinic. My impression became a little, just a little? sharper.) As for the surgery results, the under-eye fat has not filled back in or anything like that. I am satisfied. Right after the surgery, probably because of the epicanthoplasty, a deep crease formed under the left eye. I complained at the clinic, and they gave me laser treatment. (Free of charge) I went a few times, but the distance was too far, so
