I'll be blunt. I had my nose revision here and was satisfied, so I recommended it to people and even wrote a review. The problem was that 9 months later, one side of the cartilage started sticking out noticeably. Anyone could tell it was protruding. When I asked for a consultation again, the doctor calmly said let's do an AS repair. There was no extra cost, and the doctor was good at consulting, so I trusted them and got only the tip repaired again. That was where the problem started: bleeding at the suture site and the tip of the nose became excessively sharp. The doctor had said during the AS that it might be okay to raise it a little more, but they raised it too much. My skin is very thin, so right after surgery the tip cartilage could be seen through it. I started feeling uneasy from then on.. When the stitches were removed, there was bleeding and the suture site was not clean.. For now they said to apply more ointment, so I did. A month, two months... the columella scar caved in... it was obvious when I lifted my head. Even that, as it healed, because the nose had been raised too much, the skin was being pulled and the opening got wider and wider... the tip cartilage was visible too and so sharp. People said it was pretty, but it seemed too sharp.. It's been 8 months now, and the scar is caved in, the nose is crooked, the tip cartilage shows, and you can feel everything when you touch it.. Honestly, if I go back for a consultation, I know they would do AS again here. But even if they kindly do AS many times, would I trust them? I was so moved after the AS that I even posted a review about it, and now I'd delete all of them. Of course, results vary by person; there are probably people who turned out well and people like me who had problems. But because the second surgery caused so many issues compared to the first, I don't want another AS. For almost over a year and a half, I barely touched my face or wore makeup because I was afraid something would go wrong with my noseㅋㅋ There is a big scar now and the cartilage shows, but it isn't extremely obvious, so I'm just living with it. I know they would do AS again, but I still won't do it. I'd rather keep living like this and, if the problem gets worse, go somewhere else and get it done. Don't trust photo reviews too much. Even now, when people see my pictures, they ask where I had my nose done. I don't use apps or Photoshop either... but when I take off all my makeup, you can see the cartilage and everything. You can even see the boundary line of the tip of the nose... ×If anyone reading this post has the same name, please look at my review. I was extremely satisfied right after the first surgery and again after the AS, so I posted about it. But all the problems started at the 8- to 9-month mark. Normally, after nose surgery, you have to check the condition after 6 months... I won't delete the review photos or the post so that people can 참고. I haven't been leaving replies from the hospital since the problems started.
