He also said my nose was pretty ordinary, so the surgery should go well. I asked if my septal cartilage was too small to use, and he said he usually uses it anyway, but if I don't want it, he doesn't have to use it. He said autologous costal cartilage alone would be sufficient. The consultation was good!!
