About 6 years ago I had facial fat grafting, and after about 2 to 3 years it seems like almost all of it had gone away. So I started looking into fat grafting again, but then I thought it would be a waste of money and if I included the cost of a revision surgery, I might as well just get implants, so I had surgery. I wanted no obvious sign that I'd had surgery and as natural a result as possible, so I made a list of clinics. I cared more about the shape than the size, though that doesn't mean I had no desire for size either.. So during the consultation I chose a doctor who would judge the size well for my body type. I think the doctor had over 20 years of experience. The consultation felt like they spoke rather casually, but also like they knew exactly what they were doing at a glance. The other staff at the hospital were all kind. When I went back for aftercare, the person in charge was also extremely kind, which made me really happy. When I go to skin clinics for care, there are often times I end up feeling bad even though I'm spending my own money, but after surgery I could go for the free aftercare without feeling awkward, and they treated me so kindly. The surgery went well, but that was the best part, and when I talk about the clinic to people around me I always mention how good the service was.
