He carefully checked my breast condition first, and also looked at things like my ribcage and asymmetry. Rather than just recommending a larger size, he explained why this size would fit me. I had prepared questions in advance, and he answered all of them without brushing anything off. In particular, he explained the differences between implants and how they would work with my body type.
