The doctor seemed extremely confident and trustworthy. Of course, where is the trust in a surgery like plastic surgery, where you're risking your life, but my first impression was good. They only talked about what was necessary and kept asking if I had any more questions. The coordinator also didn't pressure me to book right away and said I could think more and get back to them later, which I liked. They also answered questions well. I regret not remembering their name. The fact that it's a large hospital doesn't really make me trust it, but they gave such a good consultation that it left a positive impression.
