The consultation first started with the manager listening to my needs, and then I consulted with the doctor. But the doctor’s voice was extremely quiet, so I really had to focus to hear. They didn’t shape the line over and over, but maybe because the doctor has a lot of experience, they seemed to know just by looking at my eyes which line would suit me.
