I had surgery with the director who wears glasses. He explains things kindly, but I felt a bit of a lack of communication. Still, it seems like he has a strong concern for the patient. He doesn’t operate in a risky way. He tells you in detail how the recovery is going after surgery, and his explanations are thorough. But it’s better not to expect the dramatic before-and-after you see on YouTube.
