It has been about 2 years since the surgery. No matter what I did, the fat on my upper arms would not go away, so I made up my mind and had surgery. My arm line is so pretty now, and I do not feel self-conscious wearing sleeveless tops anymore. I was worried about bio-bonding, but after a few months it became completely soft. I had aftercare, but since I had the surgery in another region, I stopped going midway, yet I did not develop bio-bonding and the scars faded well. The abdominal scars are still there, though. That is partly because I did not go as diligently, and partly because it could not be helped
