The doctor was really kind and consulted while thinking about the pros and cons of my face. He recommended surgery while considering the overall proportions. There are many comments saying he seems to like buccal fat liposuction, and the manager might recommend it, but the doctor said it wasn't really recommended right away. He said it seemed unnecessary, and that my cheekbones looked like the kind of face that would benefit a lot, so I should first do the things I was worried about and then think about it later if needed. He didn't seem to recommend unnecessary surgery. I think the people he recommended it to probably really needed it.. My lower face also isn't the kind that sticks tightly to the bone, and it looks a bit heavy, but he said that even if I had some change after surgery, lifting lasers and things like that would probably still be able to help. My cheekbones seem close to a refined line, and some reviews mentioned the effect was minimal, so I'm debating it.. Their aesthetic preference may just be different from mine, but since even a type-1 procedure costs quite a lot, paying that much for no effect would also be a problem, so I'm torn. Overall, my expectations for the surgery are high and I think they will do well. The manager's friendliness was average. I don't really care much about managers, so as long as they aren't obviously unpleasant.. Usually they explain the price and say to contact them later, but after telling me the price they stayed completely silent until I brought up that I would think about it, which was a little awkward.. They also said sedation anesthesia is possible, but since cheekbone surgery is usually risky with sleep anesthesia, I was curious whether there is some specially safe method or something like that..
