I made a reservation and visited, but the wait was 2 hours first. I said I had another hospital reservation and could not stay too long, and even though they said they would get to me as quickly as possible, I still waited nearly 2 hours. The consultation order was manager > doctor > manager, but the manager was not the one performing the surgery and was not a specialist, yet they decided almost the entire plan. When I consulted with the doctor, they were full of arrogance and spoke as if, when I asked questions, I should have already known everything, so I felt uncomfortable during the consultation.
