The waiting time was long, but I liked that the doctor consultation came before the manager consultation. I had seen on YouTube that the consultation seemed thorough, so this was the first place I booked and went to, but YouTube is YouTube.. They do look carefully, but the style is absolutely not one that explains things kindly. It's different from the YouTube videos. They explain by looking at the CT images on their own, and if I ask again because I don't understand, they ask me back whether I really listened to the explanation.
