Hmm, first of all, it felt like the manager handled all the consultation details carefully.. but the feeling was that even though I consulted with the director too, communication did not work well. They did not catch exactly what the patient was asking about, and kept saying only what they wanted to say, so I thought if I had surgery here and any problem came up, it would probably be a similar situation. I looked up reviews and there were not many, and I was surprised to see people saying it was blacklisted.. me going to a blacklisted clinic.. haha.. I plan to search a bit more. The surgical method seemed reasonable, but there is no big data, so I do not think I would do it.
