I went for a consultation for a third eyelid surgery revision, and my current scar is not in very good condition, so I prefer excision. It was almost the only place that said excision was possible. They said younger doctors nowadays are trying to do only the two-line method, and they showed cases where patients who came after failed two-line surgery were fixed with excision, which made them seem trustworthy.
