My eyelids were sagging a lot, so I went for a consultation about upper blepharoplasty. The waiting room wasn't that large, and there were a lot of people waiting: people who came for consultations and people waiting after surgery. They don't do walk-in consultations; you have to make a consultation appointment and visit, and if it isn't a same-day reservation, you have to come back later to book the surgery. Since there were so many consultation visitors, the staff weren't exactly super friendly. They were a bit rude, but I understand since they are office workers.
