I went for a consultation about revision eye surgery, and although I had made a reservation, there was a bit of waiting time. The consultation went in the order of manager > director > manager. The manager was kind throughout the consultation and explained things in a soft, calm way. In contrast, the director was relatively firm and chic, though he did answer all my questions.
