I went for a double eyelid surgery consultation in 2019. There were a lot of customers waiting. It wasn't like they were extremely rude or anything, but the consultation wasn't especially friendly or detailed either. My parents and I both felt like it was a factory-style clinic, so I didn't go through with the surgery.
