The atmosphere is definitely different from a regular plastic surgery clinic! The staff also seem a bit older, and during the consultation the manager didn't do the usual plastic-surgery-clinic thing of looking at the design and surgery method and explaining things. She just asked what I wanted done and then I went straight to the doctor's consultation. The doctor was incredibly, incredibly kind and really conservative in his assessment. I originally had very severe ptosis, and after becoming an adult I had a partial-incision double eyelid, front canthoplasty, and eye correction, but now my eyes look vaguely dull and my double eyelids are uneven (one side has a slight sausage-eye look..) so I came for revision consultation. The doctor only recommended double eyelid surgery and looked at the eye correction a bit, then said it was ambiguous, but since it is not ptosis there is no need to do it, and if he were a strict doctor he would tell me to do it, but he is conservative so he wouldn't do it lol And the moment I brought up canthoplasty, he scolded me, saying Don't do it! lol The doctor's consultation was the best part, but he said that if I do double eyelid surgery, the line can be matched and the sausage-like look on one side can be fixed, but the eyes will not show more, so I am still torn with another place
