I had seen a lot of reviews saying the director is incredibly kind, so I expected it somewhat, but he was even kinder than I expected. It really felt like I was at a pediatric clinic, and he relaxed the atmosphere while shaping the line the way I wanted. The line the director recommended was higher than the line I had in mind, but he said my own preference mattered most and reflected my opinion well, so I don’t think that was a problem.
