I went because they were said to be a master of nose surgery. They had a chic style and seemed to have their own surgical philosophy. They touched my nose here and there to judge it, and said I need a nose that suits my face. It is too high now. They said it should be lowered by two thirds from the current level. Also, I had been thinking only of Megaderm instead of silicone, but they said that would make it lower than the shape I wanted, so they recommended using it together with silicone.
