I got rhinoplasty for both a deviated septum and aesthetics, but my nose became even more crooked, and contrary to what had been discussed, they arbitrarily performed osteotomy on part of the nasal bone. I complained that even a third party could see my nose was severely crooked, but they stubbornly insisted that there was absolutely no problem in their eyes.
