I had a philtrum reduction surgery about 5 years ago. I remember it was reduced by 4 mm, and shortening the length definitely helped to some extent with improving a long midface. Even during consultation and after the surgery, Director Lee was very confident, and what made me decide on this clinic a lot was seeing him explain things proactively on YouTube too. But the problem is the scar. Right after surgery, the red line gradually turned white and became sunken, so it is absolutely visible unless I wear makeup.
