I had already had a failed lateral canthoplasty once, so I visited Swan to get revision surgery along with correction. They confidently said they could do revision on my first failed lateral canthoplasty and that it would get much better, so I believed them and had the surgery. But in the end, it got even worse. The conjunctiva tore open, and gunk kept getting stuck behind my eye, it was a mess. This is supposed to be a clinic specializing in corrections, but they have a talent for ruining things even more than the first surgery.
