First of all, just like what I saw while checking around on my own, the atmosphere at the hospital desk was intense. I could hear the sound of an experienced manager scolding another manager so loudly that it was audible even where I was sitting in front... And overall, they were just unfriendly... But the doctor was really kind!! He looked rather warm and approachable, so I could ask questions comfortably. But using a toothpick to mark the line was a little... I even wondered if there was a separate reason for that
