I made a reservation and went, and waited about 15 minutes. I did not have a specific doctor I wanted, so I got a consultation with the doctor they recommended. The doctor was really kind, and as many reviews also said, other places all recommended an incision, but here they said non-incisional would be okay, so I liked that. I was a bit worried about the ptosis correction, but other places also said I needed it, so I figured there was nothing I could do. The manager was kind too, and nice, so honestly
