I went to the consultation after changing my appointment to be 1 hour later than the time I first booked, and there was really no wait at all, I went straight in. But after not much of a consultation, the director suddenly said they had a lot of surgeries backed up and told me to continue with the manager instead, then rushed out. So I basically couldn't even get a proper consultation.. They seem really busy. If it was going to be like that, they should have changed the appointment time to another slot.. It ended so insanely fast that I don't remember the quote or anything else. There was no consultation fee, so...
