This was the very first hospital I went to, so I was also unsure about this surgery, but maybe because it was the first slot, they explained everything very kindly. I listened to the explanation for almost 30 minutes. The consultation manager also had a nice, not-over-the-top feel. I think they are good at aftercare, so I felt that was a definite strength. A woman who went in after me seemed to be there for a follow-up visit. Even behind the closing door, the director was responding kindly
