I had my first double eyelid surgery here. The director explained things well and had their own know-how and tricks, so I chose this clinic. But the double eyelid surgery was a complete disaster, and I spent several years crying every day while looking in the mirror. On top of that, the director made irresponsible remarks. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but at least they could have said something comforting instead of saying it was all because my eyes were strange... It was really hard.
