Consultation review for nano rhinoplasty. It was my first surgery, and I was given a plan for surgery without implants using ear cartilage. I didn't proceed with the surgery itself because I was still debating whether to even have nose surgery. I know someone who had surgery here, and it seems the doctor is skilled and meticulous. If you like a refined, rounded, naturally pretty nose tip, this seems like a very suitable place, but for a fleshy nose there are reviews saying improvement can be difficult. (If you only want a natural degree of improvement, it might not matter.
