Moon Hye-young is the best... I really do not regret it. She tells you clearly what can and cannot be done. It is a fixed-price clinic. There is no such thing as a friend discount, and it was just 770,000 per liposuction area, I think? The neck muscle tying was 1.65 million? 1.67? The price is fixed, and the clinic is old, so do not expect a modern interior like newer hospitals. It is dated. Also, the first consultation manager was insanely hard to reach. Just impossible. Still, I went ahead with surgery only because of Moon Hye-young's skill. The scar under the chin is not as bad as I expected, but the scar from the liposuction near the ear is annoying.
