The manager was really kind?? They were extremely kind and explained everything well, and the director seemed almost perfect too, so I trusted them and left it in their hands. I even wrote this the very next day because I really couldn't understand the bad opinions about the manager. They are absolutely not a broker or anything like that, just incredibly kind, and the director is meticulous, so I felt this was a hospital I could trust. That's why I just went ahead and booked the surgery for the very next day. I'm usually not the type to book on the same day
