For the procedure design, I only talked with the consultation manager. It's a pity that you can only see the director when you go in for the procedure.. Still, the consultation manager carefully checked my condition and explained everything kindly. The price was reasonable, and they designed it to match the direction I wanted, so I liked it. There was no pressure to do the procedure that day, and no additional procedures were pushed, so I finished the consultation without any discomfort. I was able to go straight into the consultation at the reserved time
