The consultation was kind and thorough, and the front desk staff were generally good at handling things as well. When I visited, there were quite a lot of people so there was a wait, but each time I asked the staff they responded well, which I appreciated. The doctor also seemed to understand that I had waited a long time and took extra care in the consultation. Rather than just talking about surgery, I could feel that he was trying to figure out together what kind of ideal look or vibe I wanted.
