First of all, there was basically no waiting compared to other clinics, which was great, and they did not pressure me at all to leave a deposit after the consultation. The consultation manager was kind and didn't tell me to do this or that; she only asked what I wanted... (And compared to other clinics, the managers' faces didn't have that overly cosmetic-surgery look, so they actually seemed softer.)
