I had my inner corner surgery here 5 years ago. Advantage: I had a deep scar at the inner corner, which was a difficult case, and it disappeared completely as if by magic. Disadvantage: When I close my eyes, the scar tissue at the front becomes severe and makes it look bumpy. Lots and lots of fine wrinkles formed around the eyes. They were a yes-man, so they said they could restore it to 0 mm, but in reality it was overcorrected like crazy, and I had re-widening surgery 6 months later as a follow-up. But then the re-widening was done too conservatively again, so my eyes are still small. They clearly said it would be restored to 0 mm, but there is a big difference in eye size, so I am really sad. The invisible scar disappearing when my eyes are open is good, but every time I blink, the vertical wrinkle at the inner corner is so severe.
