The hospital where I got contouring injections for the first time is also clean and nice. But I got steroid shots without checking properly, and then I broke out with acne, even on my scalp, and had bleeding. I hadn't been told in advance that acne could happen, so I was a bit taken aback. Later, when I called to ask, they said the consultant had changed, so I was caught off guard a second time... Still, among the contouring injections I've tried, this one had the best effect. But it also hurt the most out of all the ones I've tried If you have a steroid allergy, get one without it
