I had double jaw surgery 10 years ago and I was satisfied with the result. It was done then in partnership with a dental clinic that handled extraction orthodontics, and after that, because the dentist changed, I only received follow-up care for about a year. My face shape changed to be really pretty and slim. Before surgery I had a protruding mouth, a recessed chin, and a slight malocclusion.
