I liked the consultation with the director! He explained things professionally and told me clearly what could be done and what could not, which made me trust him more! And at the hospitals I had scouted, they all said I needed ptosis correction, but this hospital was the only one that said it was pseudoptosis and that I didn't need ptosis correction, which made me so, so happy (I personally had not wanted ptosis correction either). The staff were as kind as the director and didn't make it feel burdensome.
