It's been almost 4 months since the surgery, and maybe because my face has a short chin, the change isn't dramatic. I didn't have muscle reduction, but if you have a lot of facial muscles, I definitely recommend having muscle reduction. It was nice that the surgery was done naturally so people around me didn't notice, but I also wondered if I should have asked them to cut more. I had the surgery through an incision behind the ear, and it didn't hurt at all right after the operation.
