The consultation was quite detailed. They explained specifically, while looking at the CT together, which areas would be operated on, how the surgery would be done, and how it would improve afterward, so it was easy to understand. I got the impression that they do not just reduce as much as possible, but operate with a standard that considers facial proportions and balance, deciding how much improvement is appropriate. However, during the consultation with the director, the consultation manager came in as well, so it did not feel completely
